Q. Do you deliver flowers outside of the United States?
A. Yes - You can place orders online for Continental US. and Canada orders or call our toll free number for international delivery information.

Q. Can the flowers be delivered the same day I place the order?
A. Yes - Place your order by 1:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone Monday through Saturday for same day delivery.

Q. Can fruit baskets be delivered the same day I place the order?
A. Yes, our flowers, fruit and wine baskets, are hand delivered the same day you order if your order is placed by 1 pm in your recipient's time zone. In some locations we may need 24 hours for delivery of fruit baskets - call to verify delivery information in your specific area. And please note that orders are fulfilled and shipped usually on the next business day, not on Saturdays or Sundays.

Q. What if the recipient is not at home when the flowers are delivered?
A. We will leave a note on the door and try back later or if our driver determines that it is safe to leave them with a neighbor we will do so.

Q. How do I know that my order was received and will be delivered?
A. When you order has been scheduled for delivery, we will send an email confirmation. If you do not hear from us then your flowers were taken to the address for delivery on the day your confirmation states. Please review all delivery address information before you submit an order. Incomplete address information or phone numbers may delay delivery. Fruit baskets can not be delivered to P.O. boxes and some rural areas. There are no fruit deliveries on Sundays or holidays.

Q. Are there any additional fees or charges?
A. Our flower, balloon and some fruit basket prices include a small transmission fee that may be retained on orders filled through a local florist. This fee helps us deal with the difference of prices found in various U.S. metro area markets.

Q. What if I do not want to input my credit card number through the Internet to place an order?
A. Although we encourage you to place your order through our secure ordering system, you may call us at our toll free number and we will be happy to take your order over the phone.
